At 3Rivers Wellness, we believe yoga to be a powerful wellness practice. It teaches us to connect with our bodies in healthy ways, to embody a sense of wholeness, and to release energies that are not serving us.

Dr. Arielle Schwartz
Dr. Schwartz is a clinical psychologist in Boulder, CO who integrates EMDR, somatic psychology, and yoga for trauma recovery. She offers ongoing yoga practices and shares past practices on her website for free.
